How is my Gift Card delivered?
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the type of delivery requested as shown below.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class and Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 working days.
Same day dispatch (by Special Delivery) is available on orders placed before 3pm and costs £6.50. This option is available online before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the Gift Card(s) a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
Christmas deliveries
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.

CLINIQUE GIFT CARDS
Where can I spend my Clinique Gift Card?
Clinique Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for products purchased from Clinique Covent Garden store in the United Kingdom (excluding department store counters, airports and mail order) and online www.clinique.co.uk.
How do I contact you about my online order?
You can contact us via e-mail at clinique@voucherexpress.net or call our helpline on 08081 782064, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-12:30pm.
How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Two days before your requested delivery date you will receive another email informing you that your Clinique Gift Card(s) have been despatched to your chosen recipient. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail. On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been failed unjustly, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.
What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 08081 782064 and we will do our best to correct it for you.
Do Clinique Gift Cards have an expiry date?
No - Clinique gift cards have no fixed expiry date.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be in £ sterling.
Can I order larger amounts of Clinique Gift Cards?
For extra special gifts, it is possible to order larger amounts of Clinique Gift Cards. Please call our helpline on 08081 782064 and we will be delighted to take your order for gift cards up to a value of £1,000 subject to some additional checks.
I would like to order Clinique Gift Cards as a business gift
Clinique Gift Cards are sold by Voucher Express for personal, non-commercial use only. If you require Clinique Gift Cards for business use, please contact Clinique directly on 08081 782064 and ask to be transferred to the Corporate Team or email clinique@voucherexpress.net with any requirements.

Clinique Gift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed in Clinique Covent Garden store in the United Kingdom (excluding department store counters, airports and mail order) and online www.clinique.co.uk. Clinique Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise in store, but promotional offers may not apply. Purchases made in store with gift cards are not refundable in cash.

Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

Gift Cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Clinique shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.

Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Clinique can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Clinique is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.

Clinique Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Clinique Limited and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Clinique Limited. For the same reason, Clinique Limited shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed solely by Voucher Express.

Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.

Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Clinique will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.

Clinique Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Clinique stores.

Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Force Majeure; Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
