Delivery of Clinique Gift Cards

1. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
    
2. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class and Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
    
3. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to International addresses.
    
4. Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
    
5. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
    
6. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according the value ordered as specified below.

7. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you have a query, please call our distributors Voucher Express on 08081 782064 or email them at clinique@voucherexpress.net. Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand.
