HomeSense Gift Cards can be used in all HomeSense stores in the UK.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturday. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 601606. Please quote your order number when you contact us.
What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another e-mail informing you that your gift card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by e-mail.
What are the payment methods online?
We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch and American Express.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".
What do I do if I want to order a gift card over the value of £250?

Can I send a personal message with the gift card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your gift card online. Your message will be included with your order.
Do you offer a same day dispatch service?
Same day dispatch is available online before 3pm Monday to Thursday and costs £7.50. If you require same day dispatch delivery, please select this option online or alternatively call 0371 200 2484 to place an order by telephone. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 601606. Orders need to be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day.
Is there an expiry date on a gift card?
Great news, HomeSense cards have no expiry dates.
