How is my Gift Card delivered?
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the type of delivery requested as shown below.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class and Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 working days.
Same day dispatch (by Special Delivery) is available on orders placed before 3pm and costs £6.50. This option is available online before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the Gift Card(s) a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
Christmas deliveries
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.

Where can I spend my Darphin Gift Card?
Darphin Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for products purchased from Darphin online at www.darphin.co.uk. (*excludes Darphin Spas and Salons)
How do I contact you about my online order?

How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Two days before your requested delivery date you will receive another email informing you that your Darphin Gift Card(s) have been despatched to your chosen recipient. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail. On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been failed unjustly, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.
What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 08081 782065 and we will do our best to correct it for you.
Do Darphin Gift Cards have an expiry date?
No - Darphin gift cards have no fixed expiry date.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be in £ sterling.
Can I order larger amounts of Darphin Gift Cards?
For extra special gifts, it is possible to order larger amounts of Darphin Gift Cards. Please call our helpline on 08081 782065 and we will be delighted to take your order for gift cards up to a value of £1,000 subject to some additional checks.
I would like to order Darphin Gift Cards as a business gift
Darphin Gift Cards are sold by Voucher Express for personal, non-commercial use only. If you require Darphin Gift Cards for business use, please contact Darphin directly on 08081 782065 and ask to be transferred to the Corporate Team or email darphin@voucherexpress.net with any requirements.
