DELIVERY

How is my eGift Card delivered?

There are no restrictions on when your eGift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!
Delivery of your eGift card by email is free of charge.
You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your Bumble and bumble eGift card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your eGift card is loaded with value and ready to spend online at www.bumbleandbumble.co.uk as soon as it's received.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
If you have a query, please contact us on 08081 782062 please email bumbleandbumble@voucherexpress.net. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and 9:00am - 12:30pm Saturdays. Please have your order number to hand.
You will receive another email to confirm when the eGift card has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Bumble and bumble eGift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for products purchased online at www.bumbleandbumble.co.uk.

Do Bumble and bumble Gift Cards have an expiry date?

No - Bumble and bumble gift cards have no fixed expiry date.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be in £ sterling.

Can I order larger amounts of Bumble and bumble Gift Cards?

For extra special gifts, it is possible to order larger amounts of Bumble and bumble eGift Cards. Please call our helpline on 08081 782062 and we will be delighted to take your order for gift cards up to a value of £1,000 subject to some additional checks.

I would like to order Bumble and Bumble Gift Cards as a business gift

Bumble and Bumble Gift Cards are sold by Voucher Express for personal, non-commercial use only. Sales of Bumble and bumble eGift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the E-Gift Cards.
Bumble and bumble eGift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed at www.bumbleandbumble.co.uk. Bumble and bumble eGift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise online, but promotional offers may not apply.
Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery email address stated on each individual order.
Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Bumble and bumble shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Bumble and bumble can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards following delivery to the recipient. eGift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Bumble and bumble is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
Bumble and bumble eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Bumble and bumble UK Online and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Bumble and bumble. For the same reason, Bumble and bumble shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed solely by Voucher Express.
eGift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately.
Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Bumble and bumble UK Online will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
Bumble and bumble eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Force Majeure; Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
Samples and offer codes cannot be redeemed when purchasing gift cards.
