There are no restrictions on when your E-Gift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute!

Delivery of your E-Gift card by email is free of charge.

You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to download your Aveda E-Gift card. You can choose to download it now or at a later date. Your E-Gift card is loaded with value and ready to spend online at www.aveda.co.uk as soon as it's received. You can also print your E-Gift card to use at a Aveda store (note that E-Gift cards are not available to use at department store counters or airport stores).

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

No - Aveda gift cards have no fixed expiry date.

Can I order larger amounts of Aveda Gift Cards?
For extra special gifts, it is possible to order larger amounts of Aveda E-Gift Cards. Please call our helpline on 08081 782060 and we will be delighted to take your order for gift cards up to a value of £1,000 subject to some additional checks.

Aveda Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise in store, but promotional offers may not apply. Purchases made in store with gift cards are not refundable in cash.

Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery email address stated on each individual order.

Voucher Express is not directly linked to Aveda Limited and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Aveda. E-Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately.

Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express".
