Delivery of Selfridges eGift Cards

 

  1. There are no restrictions on when your eGift Card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date, at a time of your choosing.
  2. Delivery of your eGift Card by email is free of charge.
  3. After placing your eGift Card order you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
  4. If you’ve ordered an eGift Card for a specified recipient, you’ll receive another email to confirm when the eGift Card has been sent by email to them.
     
  5. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing a link to access the Selfridges eGift Card. The eGift Card is ready to spend in store at Selfridges or on selfridges.com, at a time of your choosing (there is no expiry date). 
  6. If you have a query, please contact our distributors, Voucher Express, on 0371 200 2067, from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 12:30pm, or email selfridges@voucherexpress.net. Please have your order number to hand.
